Sarah Rafferty

Sarah was bitten by the acting bug while she was in junior high school. After her teacher told Sarah to quit field hockey to take her place in Richard III, she fell into the world of acting. Sarah decided to take her love for this craft and educate herself by double studying English as well as Theatre at Hamilton College taking classes in theatre overseas in London and Oxford throughout her junior year and after graduating magna cum laude from Hamilton was able to continue her studies for a year at Yale Drama school. She was encouraged to learn about the arts from her parents. The mother of her is chairperson of the English Department of the Convent of the Sacred Heart Greenwich CT in addition to her father being a painter. The talent she displayed and the training resulted in a successful career. The actress has appeared on numerous TV shows, including Law and Order Six Feet Under Brothers & Sisters Samantha Who? Without a Trace CSI Miami Bones feature film as well as a variety of stage plays, such as Four Single Fathers Falling For Grace and As You Like It. Sarah's acting on television is in addition to being an ambassador for and a public speaker of the Alzheimer's Association. Sarah hosted the annual Sardi's event three years in a row and presented at the organization's final Sardi's party in March. Sarah lives on both the west and east coasts, along with her two daughters. She is often in Toronto frequently to work.
